What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Setting and following up on the department’s sales goals to align with company objectives.
- Ensuring achievement of targeted sales volumes and strategic company partnerships.
- Overseeing debt collection from clients and maintaining healthy financial flows.
- Expanding our customer base and elevating client satisfaction.
Duties:
- Develop and execute actionable sales plans to meet strategic goals.
- Monitor branch-level performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Track and optimize company-wise and client-specific sales performance.
- Activate dormant accounts through field visits and engagement.
- Collaborate with finance to monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on bounced checks.
- Ensure effective client communication, resolution of issues, and adherence to company policies.
- Analyze market and client data to support business decisions.
- Supervise and improve field visit plans of the sales team.
Objectives:
- Achieve area and company-wide sales targets.
- Secure company sales partnerships.
- Ensure timely collection of client payments.
- Maximize the percentage of active pharmacies and reduce inactive accounts.
- Enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales management.
- Strong leadership, planning, and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Experience in debt collection and client relationship management is a plus.
