Pharmacies Sales Area Manager

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Setting and following up on the department’s sales goals to align with company objectives.
  • Ensuring achievement of targeted sales volumes and strategic company partnerships.
  • Overseeing debt collection from clients and maintaining healthy financial flows.
  • Expanding our customer base and elevating client satisfaction.

Duties:

  • Develop and execute actionable sales plans to meet strategic goals.
  • Monitor branch-level performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Track and optimize company-wise and client-specific sales performance.
  • Activate dormant accounts through field visits and engagement.
  • Collaborate with finance to monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on bounced checks.
  • Ensure effective client communication, resolution of issues, and adherence to company policies.
  • Analyze market and client data to support business decisions.
  • Supervise and improve field visit plans of the sales team.

Objectives:

  • Achieve area and company-wide sales targets.
  • Secure company sales partnerships.
  • Ensure timely collection of client payments.
  • Maximize the percentage of active pharmacies and reduce inactive accounts.
  • Enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales management.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Experience in debt collection and client relationship management is a plus.
