Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy end-to-end enterprise networks.
- Manage and respond to network incidents, including escalation and resolution.
- Ensure the reliability and availability of systems and services.
- Develop and document IT procedures to support operational excellence.
- Conduct regular network configuration reviews and suggest improvements.
- Assess network requirements and provide tailored recommendations.
- Prepare performance reports and propose changes for network optimization.
- Configure and maintain firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Monitor and maintain network efficiency across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise network design and configuration.
- Hands-on knowledge of network hardware: firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and system integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize large-scale networks.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Relevant certifications (Cisco, CompTIA, etc.) are a plus.
