- Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Update the workforce plan according to the branches in the region.
- Review the proposed and actual workforce daily.
- Incorporate new proposals and match them with the daily actuals, adjusting for resignations or new hires.
- Continuously monitor and fill vacant positions promptly.
- Follow up on collecting resumes from various recruitment channels and update them daily based on interview outcomes.
- Send candidates within a maximum of 48 hours after a resignation occurs.
- Coordinate with the direct supervisor to ensure technical interviews are conducted.
- Take necessary steps to register the employee in the system after the direct supervisor’s approval.
- Assist the team in achieving the staff turnover rate specified by the management.
- Review end-of-service interview forms and deactivate the resigned employee’s code in the system.
- Communicate with the resigned employee by phone to understand the real reasons for leaving and coordinate with the employee relations specialist.
- Collect and analyze reasons for resignations and identify common causes, then report them to the direct supervisor.
- Participate in the process of preparing job descriptions for all positions in the company’s organizational structure.
- Prepare change forms with the required actions ( Promotions and Transfers between branches, ETC)
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least one year of experience in recruitment, specifically in both Blue and White collar positions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Certification in Human Resources or Workshop in Human Resources is a plus.
