Oversee and optimize end-to-end 3PL logistics for pharmaceutical products, driving cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and commercially strategic supply chain solutions.
Job Description
- Manage 3PL warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations.
- Ensure full compliance with pharmaceutical, quality, and HSE standards.
- Monitor stock control, delivery performance, and service quality.
- Drive cost optimization, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage contracts with logistics service providers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of 3PL operations and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Very good English & computer skills (SAP knowledge is a plus).
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets.
