As the head of the Security Engineering team, you will:
- Lead and mentor security professionals, ensuring high performance and delivery excellence
- Design, build, configure, and support security products and solutions
- Manage access control frameworks and privilege governance
- Monitor networks and systems for intrusions and breaches
- Lead incident detection, response, remediation, and post-incident root cause analysis
- Plan and oversee incident management and IT disaster recovery
- Develop technical security policies aligned with business needs
- Evaluate and select security technologies and vendors
- Manage security budgets and vendor relationships
- Drive continuous improvement and team development initiatives
