We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior ICT Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that are critical to our strategic transformation agenda.
This role requires a disciplined execution leader with strong governance expertise, financial oversight capability, and executive stakeholder management experience. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.
Role Mandate
- Provide end-to-end leadership for large, cross-functional ICT programs
- Establish clear scope, governance structures, success metrics, and delivery frameworks
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Lead risk identification, mitigation strategies, and change management processes
- Deliver structured reporting and executive-level visibility to senior leadership and steering committees
- Manage strategic vendors and third-party dependencies
- Ensure adherence to enterprise methodologies, compliance requirements, and quality standards
- Mentor project managers and contribute to strengthening organizational project governance maturity
Candidate Profile
- 8–12+ years of progressive project management experience within complex enterprise environments
- Demonstrated success delivering high-impact, large-scale ICT initiatives
- Strong financial acumen and governance discipline
- Experience engaging with executive leadership and board-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in enterprise project management tools and methodologies
- PMP®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent certification required; Agile certification considered an asset
