Job Summary:
This role is for a dedicated Learning And Development Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing employee training needs and designing and implementing effective training programs to meet the company’s requirements. Responsibilities:
- Identify employee training needs through interviews and surveys.
- Analyze collected data to determine training requirements based on results.
- Design training programs and develop educational materials according to specified needs.
- Implement training programs and evaluate their effectiveness before and after training.
- Provide necessary reports to direct management for approval and accreditation.
- Schedule training programs and prepare training materials.
- Evaluate employees after training programs and monitor their utilization.
- Design and prepare training materials and add them to the company’s training library.
- Follow up on employee evaluations after two months of the training program to ensure full utilization.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Learning And Development Specialist or in a related field.
- Certification in Training of Trainers is required.
- Proficiency in Presentation Skills.
- Proficiency in Selling Skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data.
- Excellent organizational skills and project management ability.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders within the organization.
- Advanced knowledge of the ADDIE model and modern training methodologies.Certification in Human Resource Management or a
- related field is preferred.
