Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate user-generated content across all social media channels, maintaining a positive relationship with our audience.
  • Moderate communities on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and others, ensuring consistency in brand voice and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to queries from prospects, utilizing soft sales skills to promote our products.
  • Collaborate with the team on campaigns and marketing strategies to support business goals.
  • Generate reports on moderation statistics and provide regular feedback to the social media team.
  • Stay informed about industry news and potential issues that may affect our brand.
  • Coordinate and track vendor deals for advertising activities.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or social media is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Exceptional writing skills.
