As an HSE Manager at PharmaOverseas, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our company’s health, safety, and environmental standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Setting department goals and developing action plans to achieve them.
- Monitoring the implementation of action plans and taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Reviewing, updating, and auditing the company’s health and safety systems.
- Ensuring effective implementation and updating of safety and environmental procedures in line with legislative changes and company guidelines.
- Planning and overseeing internal occupational health and safety training programs for employees.
Key Duties:
- Define and align quality management goals with company-wide objectives.
- Coordinate with the team to set specific department goals.
- Present goals for approval and announce them once approved.
- Develop and finalize action plans for approved goals.
- Communicate and implement the action plans effectively.
- Ensure each department manager executes their roles as per the approved action plan.
- Conduct regular meetings to track the plan’s implementation and correct any deviations.
- Adjust the action plan as needed to ensure goal achievement.
- Foster awareness among employees about the importance of adhering to safety procedures.
- Conduct internal and external safety audits.
- Participate in accident investigations, analyze accident statistics, and propose improvement plans.
- Supervise safety specialists and technicians to ensure daily tasks are completed.
- Prepare health and safety documents in compliance with legislative changes.
- Review and manage contracts with pest control companies.
- Analyze monthly performance data and determine tasks for branch offices.
- Evaluate staff performance and report to upper management.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree.
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in HSE management.
- Additional Training Certifications: NEBOSH certification.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and audits effectively.
