Pharmaoverseas was established in 1995 by Dr. “Ahmed Hassan Hafez Gazzarine“, may God have mercy on him, with a professional and commercial vision.
The company was built on many valuable principles, the most important is being keen on continuous development.
In 2004, Pharma Overseas entered into a partnership with the largest entity in drug distribution in France “CERP” with 20% of the total capital and later on in 2014, it transformed from an individual company to an Egyptian joint stock company, Pharma Overseas covers two critical aspects of supply chain:
