Job Responsibilities:
1- Maintain supplier contracts and audit procedures sent by them and perform analysis to identify compliance points that should be focused on and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
2- Prepare, amend and update all internal policies including but not limited to code of conduct, conflict of interest, sanctions, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, etc.
3- Communicate the concept of compliance to all management members and respond to all compliance-related inquiries received from external and internal parties.
4- Ensure that all required trainings related to ethics and compliance aspects have been communicated to relevant parties and obtain their acknowledgement of receiving the training concept.
5- Conduct periodic audits to ensure that all parties adhere to compliance aspects.
6- Monitor the actions to be taken in relation to company policies based on compliance issues e.g. stipulating disciplinary procedures, grievances, etc.
7- Monitor the whistleblowing process and ensure its compliance with compliance requirements.
Job Specification:
1. Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Law, Business Administration, or any related major.
2. 3+ years of experience in any of these fields, compliance, operations, management and internal audit in the pharmaceutical industry and/or multinational environment.
3. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
4. Ability to lead and motivate a team and foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
5. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to think critically and strategically.
6. Obtained or working on obtaining any of the compliance-related certifications, eg. CCEP-I, CFE, ICA.
