Job Overview
The Planning, Monitoring, and Control Manager is responsible for defining production objectives, organizing resources, and overseeing the implementation of both specific and general plans in alignment with approved planning procedures. This role involves active participation in decision-making processes, collaboration with senior management, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of planning operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in setting objectives and contribute to their formulation.
- Prepare executive and subsidiary plans.
- Attend senior management meetings.
- Provide input on outcomes and decisions.
- Assist in drafting and standardizing recommendations and decisions to develop appropriate plans.
- Train staff within the planning department.
- Prepare weekly and monthly plans.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Project Manager and discuss them during senior management meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Planning Engineering, Project Management, or an equivalent field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in similar projects.
- Proficiency in software programs such as Primavera.
