Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer satisfaction surveys to identify dissatisfaction and satisfaction drivers, and propose root cause solutions.
- Develop and maintain a database of market, customer, and competitor information to support marketing and sales functions.
- Participate in customer satisfaction surveys and analyze related data.
- Monitor and track improvement plans to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Continuously engage with customers and stay updated on developments in the Egyptian pharmaceutical market.
- Analyze market and customer information to support marketing and sales plans.
- Improve customer experience with the company by offering appropriate solutions and enhancements.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders within the company.
Qualifications:
· Press Releases and Public Relations skills.
· Communication and Media Relations expertise.
· Developing and executing Strategic Communications.
· Strong writing and editing skills.
· Experience in building media relationships.
· Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
· Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
· Managing internal and external events for our stakeholders.
· Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is a plus.
