Quality IPC Specialist

Objective: 

Ensuring compliance with the quality requirements specified in the Good Distribution and Storage Practices (GDP) for all incoming and outgoing items to and from the assigned branch.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the implementation of all quality requirements for Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GDP) across all items.
  2. Inspect product samples and prepare inspection reports for incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory committees, and product complaints.

Duties:

  1. Inspect all incoming and outgoing products in the warehouse and ensure their integrity.
  2. Implement Ministry of Health notices regarding counterfeit products and adhere to quarantine area regulations.
  3. Ensure compliance with Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GDP).
  4. Oversee the implementation of quality systems during branch inventory committees.
  5. Monitor and supervise the stamping process.
  6. Approve the release of products.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in operational management.
  • Language Skills: Very good proficiency in English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Very Good).
