Recruitment Specialist

  • Key Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Update the workforce plan according to the branches in the region.
    • Review the proposed and actual workforce daily.
    • Incorporate new proposals and match them with the daily actuals, adjusting for resignations or new hires.
    • Continuously monitor and fill vacant positions promptly.
    • Follow up on collecting resumes from various recruitment channels and update them daily based on interview outcomes.
    • Send candidates within a maximum of 48 hours after a resignation occurs.
    • Coordinate with the direct supervisor to ensure technical interviews are conducted.
    • Take necessary steps to register the employee in the system after the direct supervisor’s approval.
    • Assist the team in achieving the staff turnover rate specified by the management.
    • Review end-of-service interview forms and deactivate the resigned employee’s code in the system.
    • Communicate with the resigned employee by phone to understand the real reasons for leaving and coordinate with the employee relations specialist.
    • Collect and analyze reasons for resignations and identify common causes, then report them to the direct supervisor.
    • Participate in the process of preparing job descriptions for all positions in the company’s organizational structure.
    • Prepare change forms with the required actions ( Promotions and Transfers between branches, ETC)

     

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • At least one year of experience in recruitment, specifically in both Blue and White collar positions.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
    • Certification in Human Resources or Workshop in Human Resources is a plus.
