Job Description:
1- Follows up on the drug tracking system (barcode system in cooperation with the Ministry of Health)
2- Follows up and supervises the branches’ warehouses in order to follow up on commitment to distribution plans on time
3- Supervise the movement department and follow up on its performance
4- Follow up on the delivery of orders to all branches subject to his supervision according to the distribution plan
5- Develop development plans in the operations sector and follow up on the implementation of these plans
6- Analyze distribution cycles to submit a study and plan to reduce expenses and submit a report to the head of the operations sector
7- Study the requirements of the distribution and warehouse sectors and submit them to the head of the operations sector
8- Follows up and directs the exit of expired items from the normal warehouse to Expire according to the policies set within the company
Requirements:
1- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
2- More than five years of experience in operational processes in pharmaceutical companies
3- Very good level of English
4-Must have acquired the necessary supply/materials/resources.
5-Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
