💼 Role Overview:
Oversee warehouse and retail operations, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, compliance with quality standards, and high customer satisfaction.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and order dispatch
- Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Apply FEFO system and maintain inventory accuracy
- Enforce GDP & GSP quality standards
- Monitor stock, storage conditions, and periodic inventory
- Coordinate with customers and resolve service issues
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance
🎯 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (mandatory)
- 2+ years experience in operations / warehouse / pharma
- Strong leadership, problem-solving & communication skills
