đź’Ľ Role Overview:
Take ownership of HSSE across multiple sites—ensuring full compliance, minimizing risks, and driving a strong safety culture.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
- Ensure compliance with local & international HSSE standards (ISO, NFPA, OSHA)
- Lead audits, inspections, and corrective action plans
- Reduce incidents through risk assessments & proactive safety programs
- Oversee emergency drills, reporting, and HSSE performance tracking
- Drive sustainability initiatives and environmental impact reduction
- Manage security, training programs, and HSSE documentation
🎯 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environment, or related field
- 8+ years HSSE experience (3+ years leadership)
- Strong background in risk assessment, audits & incident investigation
