–   Job Summary:

This full-time Administrative Assistant role focuses on ensuring efficient office management and providing comprehensive support, with an emphasis on organization and effective communication.

–   Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of meetings, appointments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Handle general office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

–    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
