📞 Receive, direct, and record incoming customer calls across multiple channels (Hotline – WhatsApp – Mobile – Telegram).
📱 Guide customers on how to use our platforms, including Pharma E-Market and the Mobile App.
📊 Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to ensure we deliver top-quality service.
🗂️ Handle new customer coding requests and clearly explain required documentation.
🛒 Receive and process customer sales orders when they request to place an order with the company.
