💼 Role Overview:
Handle day-to-day personnel activities, ensure smooth onboarding, maintain employee records, and support payroll & HR operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain personnel files and HR systems (DMS)
- Track attendance, leaves, and employee records
- Prepare payroll inputs, deductions, and expense reports
- Coordinate with training, recruitment, and HR teams
🎯 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years experience in HR / Personnel
- HR Diploma & strong Microsoft Office skills
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
