💼 Role Overview:

Handle day-to-day personnel activities, ensure smooth onboarding, maintain employee records, and support payroll & HR operations.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding and employee documentation
  • Maintain personnel files and HR systems (DMS)
  • Track attendance, leaves, and employee records
  • Prepare payroll inputs, deductions, and expense reports
  • Coordinate with training, recruitment, and HR teams

🎯 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years experience in HR / Personnel
  • HR Diploma & strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
