Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing the organization’s payroll in alignment with the company’s objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Accurately manage and process the organization’s payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, overtime, and commissions.
  • Payroll Deductions: Administer employee deductions, including benefits, retirement contributions, garnishments, and other deductions.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain and update payroll records, employee profiles, and related documentation.
  • Software Management: Utilize and uphold payroll software, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Job Evaluation and Compensation Structures knowledge
  • Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
