Job Summary:
As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing the organization’s payroll in alignment with the company’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Accurately manage and process the organization’s payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, overtime, and commissions.
- Payroll Deductions: Administer employee deductions, including benefits, retirement contributions, garnishments, and other deductions.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain and update payroll records, employee profiles, and related documentation.
- Software Management: Utilize and uphold payroll software, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
