Job Description
To support Ethics and Compliance activities by promoting an ethical culture across the company's different functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the company's ethics and compliance program. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience who are interested in corporate compliance, regulatory compliance, ethics, governance, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the company's ethics and compliance program.
- Raise compliance culture awareness by coordinating compliance training sessions and tracking employee completion.
- Participate in annual Ethics & Compliance risk assessments and coordinate with operational functions to mitigate risks to the minimum threshold.
- Monitor and communicate relevant regulatory updates in Ethics and Compliance domains to concerned stakeholders.
- Monitor the company's whistleblowing channels to ensure that all allegations are properly and fairly investigated.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding ethics and compliance policies.
- Respond to company vendors' inquiries and complete Third-Party Questionnaires (TPQ) and Control Self-Assessments (CSA).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Pharmacy, or any relevant field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Compliance, Ethics, or Risk Management.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Very good command of English.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
