🎯 Job Purpose:
The FMCG Telesales is responsible for executing outbound sales calls to individual customers to achieve sales targets through effective communication, presenting product offers, and encouraging purchase decisions in line with company objectives.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Contact customers on a daily basis to promote products and offers.
Maintain consistent follow-up with assigned customers and ensure full coverage.
Provide customers with information about new products and promotions.
Handle customer inquiries and report issues to the direct supervisor.
Record and follow up on out-of-stock requests and ensure proper resolution.
Support customer satisfaction and ensure a positive service experience.
🎓 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
0–2 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
Good communication and persuasion skills
Basic computer skills
Good level of English
