We are hiring a Key Account Sales Office Manager to join our Pharmacies Sales team.


๐ŸŽฏ Job Purpose:

The Key Account Sales Office Manager is responsible for setting and executing sales plans to achieve target revenue and company objectives, activating non-performing customers, and managing customer receivables to ensure business growth and profitability.


๐Ÿ“Œ Key Responsibilities:

  • Set department objectives aligned with company sales targets and develop execution plans.
  • Monitor implementation of sales plans and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Allocate sales targets across branches and ensure achievement of company and client targets.
  • Visit customers and activate non-performing pharmacies.
  • Follow up on collection of customer receivables and overdue accounts.
  • Coordinate with Finance to monitor collections and returned payments.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and expand customer base.
  • Handle customer issues and ensure proper communication and service quality.
  • Prepare customer visit plans and market insights to support sales performance.

๐ŸŽ“ Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales / Key Account Management
  • Very good computer skills
  • Good English level
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
