Pharmaoverseas is looking for a Pharmacist Manager to oversee distribution operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain the highest quality standards across our branches.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Supervise pharmaceutical distribution and ensure compliance with the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) system
- Monitor proper storage conditions including temperature and humidity logs
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance and regulatory standards
- Handle communications and documentation with the Ministry of Health
- Coordinate with distribution and logistics teams for efficient delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock tracking systems
- Support operational planning and report compliance or performance issues
🔹 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Must be licensed and registered as a Pharmacist Manager
- Up to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution, warehouses, or regulatory affairs
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical storage standards and FEFO system
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment
