Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive Quality Management System for 3PL operations.
Ensure 3PL partners comply with GDP, regulatory standards, and PharmaOverseas quality requirements.
Lead qualification, evaluation, and continuous monitoring of 3PL partners.
Conduct regular audits, assessments, and gap analysis for warehouses and transportation activities.
Manage CAPAs, audit reports, quality documentation, and SLA quality clauses.
Analyze quality data and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure proper environmental monitoring and temperature control across storage and transportation.
Oversee product inspection, handling of returns, and risk management for temperature excursions.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on all quality-related matters.
Prepare and support regulatory and customer inspections.
Deliver quality awareness and training programs for 3PL partners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Pharmaceutical, Scientific, or related field preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality / GDP / Pharmaceutical Logistics.
Strong knowledge of GDP, audits, CAPA, and quality systems.
Excellent command of English.
Very good computer skills.
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
