The Retail Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets, collecting customer receivables, activating non-performing pharmacies, and increasing customer satisfaction to support overall company objectives.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Collect customer receivables on time according to company policy.
- Achieve sales targets, company targets, and visit objectives.
- Conduct regular customer visits and activate non-performing pharmacies.
- Review customer accounts and ensure proper deal execution.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high service quality.
- Handle monthly returns of expired products.
- Communicate company updates to customers and ensure feedback flow.
- Maintain strong relationships to improve customer satisfaction.
🎓 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year of experience preferred
- No specific requirements for English or computer skills
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Valid driving license (preferred if applicable)
