- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct outbound calls to customers on a daily basis.
- Promote new products, offers, and promotions.
- Inform customers about available stock and updates.
- Follow up with customers to increase sales performance.
- Report customer issues to the direct supervisor.
- Monitor product availability requests and follow up on fulfillment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
🎓 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0–2 years of experience
- Good computer skills
- Good English level
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
