Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach the sales team to achieve targets.
- Communicate goals and feedback between management and team.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop market strategies.
- Ensure legal and policy compliance.
Requirements:
- BSc in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine.
- 5–7 years in medical devices sales with at least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- High analytical thinking and decision-making ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Valid driver’s license is a must.
- Flexible to travel as needed.
