The DSM is responsible for leading and developing the district sales team to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships by executing sales strategies, optimizing territory performance, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

  • Lead and manage medical representatives within the assigned district.
  • Set and monitor sales targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Drive team performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Conduct field visits, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and motivate the sales team to improve productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategic action plans.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and support product launches.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales / sales leadership
  • Good computer skills
  • Good English level
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
